SCREENINGWe conduct in-depth initial phone interviews with all potential candidates using our industry knowledge and experience to truly understand strengths and weaknesses of candidates.  Conduct vetting process of all potential candidates to make sure there is complete confidence in their capabilities.
4. INFORMATION SHARING – Resumes from top qualified and vetted candidates, along with an individual candidate presentation form out-lining insight obtained from our screening process are shared with your appropriate hiring manager.
5. INTERVIEW COORDINATION – We coordinate and set-up all next step interviews with potential candidates, and your hiring manager.
6. PERSONALIZED COMMUNICATION – We provide consistent communication and assistance to your hiring manager and the candidate throughout entire search and hiring process, to keep everyone on track and updated.
